"It just made me make the choice — more consciously to say, ' I'm doing something that is very dangerous, but it’s something I love.'" "I have to make peace with myself — that on my way to work, I’m really close to death," he confessed.
Goldman is an innovative Ace of Cakes baker on the Food Network and owner of Charm City Cakes.
He has featured his work and his shop on reality television show Ace of Cakes.
In 2008, he packed the space in Guinness Book of World Records for baking the world’s largest cupcake which was 61.4 pounds and over a height of a foot tall. Goldman played ice hockey for Mc Lean High School in 1992 and graduated from Sandwich High School in 1993.
Goldman failed a cooking competition held on Iron Chef America season 8, episode 7 against Michael Symon. Duff graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Grey stone in California.
